3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in INR unless stated otherwise

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice

  • Payments must be completed at checkout to process an order

We use secure third-party payment gateways. eclipzx does not store or process your card details directly.

4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

An order is considered accepted only after payment confirmation and order processing.

Once an order has entered production:

  • It cannot be cancelled

  • It cannot be modified

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines provided are estimates and may vary due to:

  • Location

  • Courier delays

  • External factors beyond our control

eclipzx is not responsible for delays caused by logistics partners once the order has been dispatched.

6. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Since our products are made-to-order:

  • Returns and refunds are only applicable for damaged, defective, or incorrect items

  • Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery

  • Clear images or videos may be required for verification

Approved cases will be resolved through a replacement or refund, at our discretion.
