We take quality seriously and want you to love what you receive. Since our products are made on demand, please read this policy carefully.

No Returns for Change of Mind

As each product is custom printed after order placement:

• We do not accept returns or refunds for reasons such as incorrect size selection, color preference, or change of mind.

Please refer to the size chart carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is:

• Damaged

• Defective

• Incorrectly printed

• Different from what you ordered

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Clear photos of the issue

• A short unboxing video (recommended)

After verification, we will offer:

• A replacement or

• A refund (at our discretion)

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue is due to our error.

• Minor variations in color or size may occur and are not considered defects.

Undelivered / Returned Orders

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we may offer reshipment or a refund after deducting applicable charges.
